more amenities or require us to be more creative in
finding other alternatives as we will work to your

Do you charge for
the initial consultation?
Answer: No, we provide a free
no-obligation initial consultation of any project.
Will you provide references upon request?
Answer: Yes.
Does every remodeling job need a permit?
Answer: Building codes are established by
cities and towns. They vary considerably. A building permit generally is
required whenever structural work to the home or other main buildings is
involved. We will comply with the local requirements.
Do you handle insurance damage claims?
Answer: Yes, we can provide a free estimate of what it
would take to repair the damage, and work with your insurance company to
make it as good as new again.
Do you do one job at a time?
Answer: Yes.
Do
you have a showroom?
Answer: No.
How long do you
need to create our master bathroom?
Answer: It
depends the size of the project: between three to four
weeks.
Do you help us to
find the right materials?
Answer: Yes, we find for you the right materials at the
right price to match your budget.
What about the
Contract-Agreement?
Answer:
The Final contract is
issued:
the
complete specifications are
written out including:
start and completion date,
materials to be used, selections made, the specific
items you might want to purchase on your own, lead time
for some necessary special orders, with total amount and
progress payment schedules, everything will be clearly
mentioned. Upon acceptance and signature of the
contract, a necessary deposit - credited towards the
total cost of the contract - is requested in order to
begin the work.
How many workers
will you have in my house?
Answer:
The average bathroom or kitchen job
requires a small crew of two to three workers.
A full remodeling job will nee a bigger crew.
How much dust and
mess can I except?
Answer:
The
clean-up
and dust control are accomplished in a professional and efficient
manner. Although by nature remodeling
can be a little dusty.
